This template is a great idea. Having a symptom tracker tucked up inside of google sheets keeps this important document always at my ready. Enabling me to record symptoms on the go to my phone, laptop, iPad, I can go into this tracker and plug in my symptoms on the spot. Not to mention how quick and freaking easy it is to use. Love it!
