Due to the digital nature of The Creative Wildheart products, all products sold in the shop are final sale. No refunds will be provided.

Standard Refund Policy (Non-EU/EEA Residents)

Due to the instant download nature of the Product, refunds aren't accepted. Since you’ll be receiving access to the entire product content instantly, refunds aren’t available.

Please also note: I’m not able to offer refunds for repurchasing past products you already own, so please double-check your account before purchasing. If you repurchase a past product you already own, you’ll receive a credit to be used in The Creative Wildheart shop for the amount you paid.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content & Services (EU/EEA Residents)

If you reside in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from online contracts under Section 355 BGB. However, in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), this right of withdrawal expires early for contracts concerning digital content and services if performance has begun with your prior express consent.

By purchasing our products, checking the mandatory assent box at checkout, and receiving immediate access to our online hub, video tutorials, and digital files, you explicitly acknowledge your prior express consent to immediate performance and confirm your awareness that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB. All sales of instantly accessed digital content, video services, or portal memberships are final and non-refundable.
